These Terms and Conditions set out the rules governing the use of the Tweedbet platform and the relationship between Tweedbet and its users. They explain users’ obligations when opening and operating an account, the way promotions are administered, and the steps we may take to verify identity, manage payments and address disputes. Account holders must provide accurate, up-to-date information and keep login details secure. Users are responsible for all activity conducted under their account. If you suspect unauthorised access you must notify us immediately. We may require identity verification and supporting documents before permitting certain account actions, including withdrawals. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Where required by law we will provide advance notice of changes affecting users’ rights.
